Chess Is Art

Is chess Art or Science? It is one of the most foundational debates found in Chess literature with conclusions stating that it is a combination of both.

My argument steers towards Art because the logic of Chess is more or less constrained; but by the creative we have manage to create concepts, theories and strategies from the simple logic of the piece movement and various other rules. Any technological innovation such as Chess Engines and Softwares has its base root in Art; without of which non of the Chess Scene is as of today.
